I am excited to share these photos of my apple picking adventures with the Shirk Family at Cherry Hill Orchards. This family photo session came together quite last minute and I am pleased with the results!

The Shirks are some of my favorite people and we go waaaay back to when Lisa and I used to be housemates and she first met her husband Peter. In fact, my husband Dave and I like to take credit for Peter and Lisa getting together. You see, Peter and Dave are cousins and back when I had first moved to Lancaster we used to go bowling once a week. Dave invited me along since we were friends in college and he was the only person I knew living in Lancaster at the time. One day I invited Lisa to go bowling and the rest is history...fast forward several years and they now have 3 beautiful daughters and live just a few blocks away!  Hope you enjoy these colorful fall photos from our orchard escapades!
