I'm a little behind in my blog posting due to the holidays, but I really wanted to share these images from a maternity photo session with my friends Jodi and Luis. This was the last of my maternity sessions for the year and a great one to end on. We went out to Lancaster County Park on a chilly day in November when almost all of the colorful leaves were gone from the trees, with the exception of the one lucky golden yellow one we found. As the sun went down we ended with some shots of Jodi swishing a red curtain around in a field and they became some of my favorite images from the shoot. Even though there was no wind, she did a great job of creating the feeling of movement. The crimson red was the perfect pop of color combined with the neutral browns of the field. I'm happy to report that Jodi and Luis welcomed a healthy baby boy into their family just before Christmas!
